Order Confirmation & Dispatch

  • Dispatch Notification: We’ll send you a follow-up email to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
  • Separate Shipments: Please note that the items in your order may be shipped separately, based on availability and packaging requirements.

Packaging & Delivery

  • Product Inspection: Every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Delivery Process: Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. If they encounter issues reaching your address or need additional information, they will contact you directly.
  • Dispatch Time: We generally dispatch orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: For areas serviced by reputed couriers, your order is expected to be delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote Areas: For locations outside our standard service area, delivery may take 5 to 7 business days.
  • Tentative Dates: Delivery dates provided during the ordering process are estimates and may change once the order is shipped. A tracking number and updated estimated delivery date will be provided post-dispatch.

Delivery Issues & Damages

  • Timely Reporting: Any shipping or delivery-related issues must be reported to us via email at care@hoornaturals.com within 24 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
  • Damaged or Lost Items: HOOR Naturals is not liable for any damage or loss during transit. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Remember to save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim is resolved.

Order Tracking

  • Track Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and the courier’s contact details, allowing you to monitor your shipment status.

Address Changes

  • Before Shipment: You can update your delivery address if your order is still in “Confirmed” or “Pending” status, and none of the items have been shipped.
  • Additional Charges: Please note that if the updated address incurs additional charges or taxes compared to the original, your request for an address change may not be accepted.
