At HOOR Naturals, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of personal care products, we only accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery at care@hoornaturals.com
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as per your preference.
• Refunds/Replacement(delivered) will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made before the order is shipped.
• To cancel an order, please email us at care@hoornaturals.com with your order details.
• Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible.

3. Exchange Policy

• We do not offer product exchanges unless the received item is defective or damaged.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
• Products purchased during sale events, promotions, or with discount coupons are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return or Refund?

• Contact our customer support at care@hoornaturals.com within 12 hours of receiving your order.
• Provide your order number, a photo of the damaged/defective product, and a brief description of the issue.
• Our team will guide you through the return process.

6. Refund Processing Time

• Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please contact your bank or payment provider.
